1. About the service

The app is a free, personal-use app that helps you manage information you set and record yourself. The app is operated by Jongin Lee, who is also the privacy officer.
- DrinkChecker: logs your drinks against a limit you set and lets you log quickly from a Home Screen widget. - Chagok: a hobby log — record reading, music, drinks, exercise, films and more, and your CGK adds up. - CheerSeat: shows the KBO (Korean professional baseball) scores, schedule and standings for the team you choose, in the app, in a Home Screen widget and as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen.
2. Data loss
The records you create are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy for what is collected). Losing or resetting your device, deleting the app, or deleting records in the app can permanently delete the data stored on your device. The operator is not responsible for data loss.
- DrinkChecker and Chagok: if you don't connect an account, your records cannot be recovered after you lose your device or delete the app, and the operator is not responsible for that loss. If you connect an account, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. - DrinkChecker: "Delete All Records" in Settings is an example of deleting records in the app.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may change on this page; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
DrinkChecker addendum
Not medical advice: Every calculation the app shows (gram conversions, drinks against your limit, equivalents in other drinks, summaries of your recent logs and limit suggestions, etc.) is a simple computation based on values and logs you entered — it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A limit suggestion is calculated only from your own logs, is not a medically recommended drinking amount, and the app never suggests raising your limit. Talk to a healthcare professional for any health decisions about your drinking.
Age requirement: DrinkChecker is intended for users who meet the legal drinking age in their country or region. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
CheerSeat addendum
Game information: Scores, schedules and standings come from a public sports data service and update every few minutes, with the update time shown. They may differ from the actual game or official records; official records published by the KBO (Korea Baseball Organization) take precedence. Do not use the information in the app for betting or other financial decisions.
Trademarks: Club names and emblems are trademarks of their respective clubs, and KBO is a trademark of the Korea Baseball Organization. CheerSeat is an independent app made by an individual developer, not affiliated with the KBO or any club, and uses club names and emblems only to identify the clubs.
Chagok addendum
CGK: CGK is an in-app score for counting your records. It has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or other services, or transferred to anyone else. The rules for awarding it may change as the app is updated.
